First Mining announces major changes

First Mining Finance Corp. (TSX: FF) announced that after accumulating 25 properties over the past two years through eight transactions, it’s changing its strategy and name going forward, and will focus on advancing existing properties to maximize shareholder value.

As well, Jeff Swinoga has been appointed to succeed Dr. Chris Osterman as CEO effective Jan. 15, 2018, and Dr. Osterman will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, focusing on project development. Patrick Donnelly, President, will continue in his current role and work closely with Mr. Swinoga.
